Case Study: CSR in Healthcare
Goal:
Tennaxia was asked to help develop a Sustainability Plan as part of the Centre Hospitalier Calais’s Strategic Plan and support the hospital translate this plan into actionable initiatives. We also put into place a data management strategy to support the Sustainability Plan.

Solution:
- The effort was coordinated with a leadership committee of five executives
- Tennaxia assisted with the hospital’s CSR diagnostics across functional areas ranging from management, to purchasing, infrastructure, energy, social issues and wellness
- KPI and indicators were identified. For each set of indicators, the plan included three levels: 1. the current programs already in place, 2. "Quick win" actions that can be deployed and bring results rapidly, 3. Long term "consolidation" actions
- Tennaxia helped to outline and implementation action plan which included: identifying "Champions" in each functional area and across all profession within the organization, the development of a charter, training, internal communications, external communications and stakeholders strategy. Tennaxia provided ongoing support in implementation and follow-through.
- The partnership with Tennaxia allowed the hospital to issue an Annual Sustainability Report for 2014

Group SEB started collecting CSR data in 2006 partnering with competitor and had become increasingly dissatisfied with the lack of support and the cost of upgrades and new features. In 2012 they developed formal a RFP to look for alternative with where the finalists were Tennaxia and Enablon. Group SEB chose Tennaxia for our collaborate approach and ability to adjust and adapt our solution to their needs.
